These three composite fishhooks were found in the Steinhatchee River in Taylor County, Florida. 16 examples of this type are known. A carbon date from one specimen returned a date of 3,040 + 30 years BP, placing it at end of Archaic period and beginning of Woodland period. pic.twitter.com/gHHUEntPkf
